Plan to attend this quaint, lakeside town for their annual one-day wooden boat show in Lakeside, Ohio
Dear Wooden Boat Enthusiasts,
We have already started gearing up for the 15th Annual Lakeside Wooden Boat Show, sponsored by the Lakeside Wooden Boat Society! This year’s show will be held on Sunday, July 22nd from 12 – 4 p.m. Once again, Lakeside Chautauqua will be pairing the show with the Plein Air Art Festival, which will run Friday – Sunday.
Last year we had more than 80 wooden beauties lining the shore and dock of Lakeside. The show also drew a record crowd, and we are hoping for the same this year!
We have unlimited space to display boats on the lawn of the historic Hotel Lakeside. However, there is limited space at the dock. The dock is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
As always, registration is FREE, and each registered boat will receive two (one-day) Chautauqua Passes to Lakeside for the day of the show. To register, please contact Mame Drackett at email@example.com and provide the following information:
We already have several boat registered! I love how some of you registered at the end of last year’s show and others have just beaten me to the punch. I’m also receiving many new inquiries, so thank you!
Our best form of advertising has always been from Lakesiders and our Exhibitors. So, if you know of someone who would enjoy seeing or exhibiting at the show, please pass along our registration information.
Looking forward to seeing you all in July!!
Join the LBOA for their annual beach party. Location will depend on weather/waves that day - but either East Harbor State Park beach or The Sand Bar off of Marblehead in Lake Erie's islands area. Possible post-beach trip to Kelley's Island - weather/wave dependent.
